Worry less about the technical matters of your game and focus on the gameplay. These modules are designed to make sure you can quickly implement or change whatever you need to make your game work as intended.
They work best when implemented early, so your project can fully benefit of all provided features. When adding modules into an existing project, you might need to rework some of your own code to make use of it, but they can still make quite a difference in project maintenance and flexibility.
Most modules have a dependency on a few Utility modules, which are free, automatically included in other modules, and provide important base functionality that power more advanced features. Since they all share the same underlying code, all modules are uniform in use and more easily support working with each other.
Many of these modules are also connected to each other in an optional way. When one is added, other modules might provide more features.
For example, if you have both ScreenControl and SoundControl, you will also have access to a sound mute button that uses both of these modules.
